"Over-Under on the Minute"

Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes:
5 Push Press (155/105lbs)
10 Burpees
20 Double-Unders

 

Competition

A. Push Press, 6 sets of 3 reps; rest 4 minutes

B. Handstand Pushups, 30 seconds for Max Reps, rest 3:30 x 4 sets

B. Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 sets):
600/400m Row
20/15 Ring Dips

 

Special Gym Hours: August 7th-10th, 2015

Coaches Storm and Callum will be away at an athlete/coaches learning camp in Lake Tahoe from August 7th-10th, 2015. The gym will still be open, however, there will be special hours. We will remind you all closer to the date but the schedule is as follows. 

Friday - August 7th
No AM sessions
No Noon sessions
3:30-6:30pm: Open Gym

Saturday - August 8th
10am-12pm: Open Gym

Sunday - August 9th
CLOSED

Monday - August 10th, 2015
