2-5 Skin-the-Cats
15-20 second L-Sit
15-45 second Wall Facing Handstand 

B. Push Press, take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy triple. 

C. For time:
600m Run
40 Pull-Ups
20 Shoulder-to-Overhead (155/105lbs)
*10 minute time cap.
