A. Push Press, 15 minutes to work up in sets of 5 Touch & Go

B. With a partner, complete 5 rounds for time of:
200m Run
10 Push Press (135/95lbs)
15 Burpees
*25 minute time cap. 
**Only 1 partner may work at a time, 1 partner works while the other partner rests. 

Competition

A. Barbell WOD

B. Gymnastics Skills
For time:
10-8-6-4-2 Strict Handstand Pushups
1-2-3-4-5 Muscle-Ups
*Every 2 minutes perform 20 unbroken Double-Unders

C. Fitness WOD

 

Barbell

A. 15 minutes of Power Snatch
4 x 2 @ 75-80%
Every 2 minutes

B. 20 minutes of Power Cleans
3 x 3 @ 80-85%

C. 15-20 minutes of:
4 sets of:
2 Push Press + 1 Jerk (paused in split) @ 7075%
