8-12 Toes-to-Bar
30-45 second Handstand Hold or 10-30m Handstand Walking
1-5 Muscle-Ups

B. In teams of 2, complete, for time:
1600m Run
-two sets of-
40 Toes-to-Bar
20 Handstand Pushups
40 Pull-Ups
20 Ring Dips

 

Competition

A. Bench Press, 6 sets of 3-5 reps; rest 4 minutes
*Increasing in weight each set. 

B. Weighted Pull-Ups, 5 sets of 3-5 reps; rest 3 minutes
*During rest, perform 5 Strict Handstand Pushups (challenging variation)

C. In teams of 2, complete, for time:
1600m Run

40 Toes-to-Bar
20 Handstand Pushups
40 Pull-Ups
20 Ring Dips
