10-30m HS Walk or 15-45 second Handstand Hold

B. 5 rounds for time of:
400m Run
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

 

Competition

A. Push Press, build to today’s Heavy Triple
*Doesn’t have to be a 3-RM. 

B. TnG Push Jerk, 5 sets of 5 reps @ 55% of 1-RM Jerk; rest 90 seconds

C. Three sets, not for time, of:
10-20m Handstand Walk (unbroken)
30-50 unbroken Double-Unders

D. 5 rounds for time of:
400m Run
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
