Three sets, not for time, of:
15-45 second Handstand
10-20 second L-Sit or Hang
3-5 Skin-the-Cats

B. Relay Rowing
In teams of 2-3, complete, for time:
4000m Row
*Break up as desired. 

Tempo
Minutes 0-4: 20 SR
Minutes 4-8: 24 SR
Minutes 8-12: 28 SR
Minute 12+: unlimited

We are 3 days away from our Queen Street end of summer member competition!! With 14 teams already signed up the event should be a blast. If anyone would still like to register please shoot us a message. For spectators, everyone is welcome. Feel free to bring friends, family, and anyone else who would like to watch.
