B. Front Squat – continue in weight to a heavy single

C. For time:
300m Row
10 Power Cleans (155/105lbs)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20”)
20 Ball Slams (30/20lbs)
200m Run
*5 minute time cap.

Reminder of Modified Hours this Week

Reminder that we will be running a modified schedule starting on Friday and running until Monday. 

The modified hours are as follows:

Friday August 7th: ONLY 3:30-6:30pm Open Gym
Satuday August 8th: 10am-12pm Open Gym
Monday August 10th: ONLY 3:30-6:30pm Open Gym
