Fitness & Competition

A. Handstand Walking OR Handstand Hold, 15 minutes of Practice
Progression:
-Wall
-Freestanding with Assist
-Walking

B. 5 rounds for time of:
5 Strict Press @ 70-75% 1-RM
5 Push Press
5 Push Jerk
50 Double-Unders
Rest 1 minute between rounds
*20 minute cap. 

 

Barbell

A. 20 minutes of 3-Position Clean:
1 from High-Hang + 1 from Hang + 1 from Floor
3 x 1 @ 60-65%

B. 15 minutes of Front Squat:
1 x 5 @ 65%
1 x 3 @ 70%
1 x 3 @ 75%

C. 15 minutes of RDL:
3 x 5 @ 90% of 1-RM Clean
