Fitness

A. In 20 minutes, complete, 5 sets of:
15-45 second Handstand Hold OR 10-20m Handstand Walk
5-12 Pull-Ups
8-15 second L-Hold

B. AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Pushups
200m Run
OR
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
5 Muscle-Ups
10 Handstand Pushups
200m Run

 

Competition

A. Push Press, 5 sets of 5 reps; rest 3-4 minutes
*Working up to a heavy set of 5. 

B. Strict Muscle-Ups, 5 sets of 1-5 reps; rest 4 minutes
*During rest, perform a 20m Handstand Walk

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
5 Muscle-Ups
10 Handstand Pushups
200m Run

 

BBQ this Friday!!!

This Friday (September 18th) we are hosting a welcome back BBQ at CrossFit Queen Street for all members, friends, and family. We hope that a bunch of you can make it out as it is going to be a fun time and great chance to meet everyone. Only thing to remember is please bring your own food and we will cook it up for you!
