A. Push Press + Push Jerk, 5 sets of 1 rep; rest 3 minutes
*Increasing in weight up to today’s heavy set. 

B. 3 rounds for time of:
10 Shoulder-to-Overhead (135/95lbs)
50 Double-Unders
*10 minute time cap.

Open Gym Memberships

In case you have not heard, this is the first year we are offering Open Gym memberships for athletes at Queen Street. Any time the gym is open (whether for a CrossFit Class, Gymnastics WOD, or other) is considered Open Gym as well. Athletes on an Open Gym membership are allowed to use the entire facility as long as what you are doing does not interfere with the classes which are going on.
