5 minutes of Technique Drills (focusing on loading position into the catch)

Find your peak power (3-6 attempts)

B. For time:
1000m Row

 

Barbell

A. 20 minutes of Jerk Practice
2 Power Jerk + 1 Jerk
5 sets @ 70%

B. 15 minutes of Back Squat
1 x 5 @ 65%
1 x 3 @ 75%
3 x 3 @ 80%

C. Accessories:
1) Medball Throws with partner 5 front, back, sides
2) Planks, 3 sets
3) Back Extensions, 3 x 8
