A. Hang Power Snatch, take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy single

B. AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
5 Hang Power Snatch (135/95lbs)
7 Pushups
9 Air Squats

 

Sign-Ups/Sign-Ins Starting Monday September 7th

Reminder that we will now be requiring sign-ups for CrossFit classes and sign-ins once you are at the gym.
