At CrossFit Queen Street we want to make coming to the gym and recording your results as simple as possible. Thanks to Zen Planner (our membership software), we have a means to do so. With the Zen Planner Member App you will be able to reserve spots in classes, cancel any reservations you cannot attend, and make minor account changes.
When you registered for a membership with us you should have received an email from us which provides login information and instructions on how to get started. This page is designed to provide you with more information on how to use the Zen Planner Member App.
WherE Do You Get the App?
The Zen Planner Member App is easy to download and is free for all to use. It is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Once the App has been downloaded you will use your login information to access the app.

Reserving and Cancelling Classes
When you open the Zen Planner App it will by default show you the classes for that day (Image 1). To reserve a class simply click on the reserve button for the session you would like to attend. To find out more details about a session, click the class and the details section will appear (Image 2). Reservations can be viewed in the Calendar Main Menu (Image 3). To cancel a reservation go to the class details and click cancel reservation. Please consult our policy guide for our current standards on class reservations and cancelations.
To make minor account changes and to edit your profile click the Z icon at the top left corner of the screen to open the menu (Image 1) and then click on your name to open your profile page (Image 2). The main profile page will display your membership, payment methods and bills. To edit your profile click on the Edit button at the top right corner of the screen to display the editing page (Image 3). In this section you can upload a photo (we require a photo for all members), change your email, phone number and address.
On the Zen Planner App you are able to pay any unpaid bills associated with your account and add new payment methods. This can be done by pressing the Z icon at the to left corner of the screen to the menu (Image 1) and then click on your name to open your profile page (Image 2). To pay unpaid bills, simply press on the “Bills” and you will be redirected to a screen with your total amount due, as well as purchase details (Image 3). You simply have to click on the “Pay Now” button, next to the credit card account for your membership (Image 4). You will given a prompt asking you to proceed and after clicking “Yes, Proceed” the payment will be put through (Image 5). If you do not yet have a credit card account for your membership, that can easily be done choosing “Payment Methods” when on Image 2. You can then click on “Add Payment Method” and input your information (Image 6).
